Magdaline H. Graykowski, age 79, of St. Mary's Home, Manitowoc, died Tuesday morning, November 1, 1994, at the home.

She was born January 19, 1915, in Roshold, Wisconsin, daughter of the late Charles and Rose Glomski Szalewski.

She married Wesley W. Garykowski on August 30, 1941, at St. Albert's Catholic Church, Rosholt, Wis. He preceded her in death December 27, 1987.

Mrs. Graykowski was employed at the former Normington Laundry and Glove Laundry Dry Cleaners for many years. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and the Rosary and Altar Society. Marjorie was well known for her talent as a seamstress which she enjoyed for many years.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Arlene and Timothy Rhein, Manitowoc; four grandchildren, Phillip, Jeffery, Andrew, and Christina Rhein, all of Manitowoc; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Angeline and Leo Yenter, Rosholt, Wis., Frances and Woody Firkus, Berlin; six brothers and three sister-in-law, Frank Szalewski, Stevens Point, Harry Szalewski, Wausau, Benny and Betty[?] Szalewski, Menomonee Falls, Ernest Szalewski, Rosholt, Paul and Clem Szalewski, Amherst Junction, Wis., Peter and Stella Szalewski, Manitowoc. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.

She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Esther Graykowski and Pearl Lorbecki, and three brothers Jerome, Leonard and Eddie Szalewski.

Funeral Services will be held at Pfeffer Funeral Home and St. Mary's Catholic Church, Manitowoc, with entombment to follow at Knollwood Mausoleum.
