Loretta A. Havlichek, age 92, a resident of Harmony of Two Rivers, died Friday evening September 1, 2000, at Aurora Medical Center, Two Rivers.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, September 5, 2000, at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Two Rivers. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be Rev. William G. O'Brien, with entombment to follow at Knollwood Chapel Mausoleum, town of Kossuth.

She was born June 21, 1908, in Two Rivers, daughter of the late Frank and Emily LaFond Lonzo. She attended St. Luke Parochial School. On May 7, 1927, she married Charles Havlichek in Two Rivers. He preceded her in death January 18, 1976. Loretta was a member of the Ladies of Holy Redeemer, the V.F.W. Auxiliary, the Royal Neighbors and a former member of the Two Rivers Senior Citizens. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, cooking, knitting and doing craft work. She also enjoyed singing in the choir of Holy Redeemer Church.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Brian Havlichek; two sisters, Marie Mueller and Lucy Lonzo; two infant sisters and five brothers, Urban, Lester, Wallace, Arthur and Francis Lonzo.

Friends may call at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church after 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, until the time of mass at 11 a.m. There will be no Monday evening visitation. Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels is assisting the Havlichek family with funeral arrangements.
