ELEANOR KARBON

Mrs. Harold (Eleanor) Karbon, 69, of 770 East Albert Drive, Manitowoc, was called to her eteranal rest after a long and courageous battle on Wednesday morning, March 8, 1989, at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Mishicot. Msgr. James Feely will officiate and entombment will be in Knollwood Mausoleum.

Mrs. Karbon was born March 24, 1918, in the Town of Gibson, daughter of the late Joseph and Rose Rezba Novachek Sr. She married Harold Karbon on October 22, 1935, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Mishicot.

Survivors include her husband, Harold; a daughter and son-in-law, (private); four sons and daughters-in-law, (private); four sisters, Mrs. Otto (Mary) Strouf, Mrs. Albert (Anna) Mueller and Mrs. Wencil (Lillian) Kanera, all of Manitowoc, and Mrs. Edward (Emma) Kane of Green Bay; ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers.

Friends may call at Lambert Funeral Home, Mishicot, 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday where a memorial service with be at 7:30 p.m.
