Viola V. Krueger, age 85, formerly of 2107 42nd St., Two Rivers, died Sunday, December 13, 1992, at Rocky Knoll Nursing Home, Plymouth. Funeral Services will be 1 m. Friday, December 18, 1992, at St. John's Lutheran Church, Two Rivers. The Rev. David Scherbarth will officiate with entombment at Knollwood Mausoleum.

She was born in the Town of Gibson, March 19, 1907, daughter of the late Herman and Emma Hostak Rehbein.

She married Ewald C. Krueger in May of 1926 in Waukegan, Ill. He preceded her in death April 8, 1976.

She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and the Two Rivers Senior Center. Her many interests included flower gardening, landscape, oil painting, bowling, dartball, volley ball and basketball.

She is survived by four sons and three daughters-in-law, Arnold Krueger, Slidell, La., Erwin and Barbara Krueger, Owatonna, Minn., Raymond and Jane Krueger, Sheboygan, Ewald Jr. and Audrey Krueger, Chalk Hill, Penn.; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Harry and Theresa Rehbein, Mishicot, Merlin and Beverly Rehbein, Racine; two sisters, Emma Cisler, Manitowoc, and Esther Bauman, Milwaukee. Also surviving are nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, three sisters, one grandson, and two great granddaughters.

Friends may call at Klein and Stangel Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, December 17, 1992, and at St. John's Lutheran Church from 12 noon on Friday until the time of service.
