Immigrated to USA 22 Oct. 1908 (census records show both 1905 & 1908--possibly Richard came in 1905 and Annie in 1908; more research needed).

WWI draft registration shows Richard's birth date as Aug 25, 1873.

The 1920 census shows Richard and Annie with four children (James 21, Doris 17, Henry 11, & Elsie 8) residing in Cook Co., IL. It also shows his brother and sister-in-law, James 42 and Mary 40, living with them.

The 1930 census show them still in Cook Co., IL, with only Henry 22 (d. 2-8-1986) and Elsie 19 living at home.

The 1940 census shows them still in Cook Co., IL, with Elsie 29 (married name Buchanan) and grandson, James Buchanan 8.

Naturalization records show Richard being naturalized in 1921 (Naturalization Petitions for U.S. District & Circuit Courts, Northern District of Illinois and Immigration and Naturalization Service District 9, 1840-1950 , Affiliate Publication Number: M1285 , Affiliate Film Number: 76 , GS Film number: 1432076 , Digital Folder Number: 004641149 , Image Number: 02399). No record found for Annie.
