Juanita Miller, age 76, of Flora formerly of Clay City, IL, passsed away at 8:50 am, Saturday, March 23, 2013, at Flora Rehab and Healthcare Center in Flora, IL.

Juanita was born November 18, 1936 in Faurfax, Oklahoma, the daughter of Dennis and Edna (Doggett) Miller.

She enjoyed her time as a RN for 20 yrs., head of pediatrics at Richland Memorial Hospital, Olney, IL. She also was a Medical Missionary for the African Christian Missions for 25 years in Zaire and Mozambique Africa, she was a member of Clay City Christian Church.

Juanita is survived by sister, Betty Duff; nieces and nephews, Ron (Shirley) Payne, Brad (Mandy) Clark, Wes (Cheryl) Miller, Steve (Marcia) Miller, Mary K. (Terry) Davis, Jack (Pam) Clark, Tamara Jeans, Marci (Brian) Gilchrist, Vicki (Scott) Guller, David T. (Ann) Miller, Denise (Marty) Schlachi, Sandi (Ric) Morris and several great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers (Everett Miller and Donald T. Miller), sisters (Cleta Mae Payne and Edna Sue Clark), brothers-in-law (Robert E. Duff and Glenn Payne), nieces and nephews (Bobby Duff, Jeff Duff and Debbie Duff).

Arrangements were handled by J.W. Neal Funeral Home, Louisville, IL.

Visitation was Clay City Christian Church in Clay City.

Interment will be at Clay City Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Clay City Christian Church and Oil Belt Christian Service Camp for Building Fund.
