Mr. Bartlett recently retired as a director and assistant treasurer of the Marblehead Housing Authority after 27 years of service.
Born in Marblehead and a 1930 Marblehead High School graduate, he was a lifelong resident.
Mr. Bartlett was a member and former president of the Massachusetts Cemetery Association.
A World War II Navy veteran, he was a member of the American Legion Post 32.
Mr. Bartlett was a member of Philanthropic Lodge AF-AM of Marblehead.
He is survived by his wife, Doris J. (Devine) Bartlett; a son, Woodfin J. Bartlett of Gloucester; two daughters, Mrs. Barry (Lee) Weed and Susan Byors, both of Marblehead; a brother, Everett Bartlett of Marblehead; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Woodfin and Cora (Tucker) Bartlett.
A memorial funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. in St. Michael's Episcopal Church.
