ISAAC HALVERSON

The funeral of Isaac Halverson, a pioneer resident of the county and civil war veteran, who died at his home at Rapids, was held at Jerpen where interment took place.

Mr. Halverson was 72 years old and had resided in the county for many years.

He is survived by a widow, five daughters and one son, Otto Halverson of Clarks Mills, Mrs. M.O. Gilbert of Waukesha, Mrs. Charles Storm, of West Allis; Mrs. August Ziebell of this city; Mrs. Joseph Hostreiter, Rapids and Louise, the latter making her home with her father. Fifteen grandchildren also survive.

Rev. O.A. Alfren officiated at the buriel (sic).

IN COUNTY COURT-FOR MANITOWOC COUNTY.

In the matter of the estate of Isaac Halverson, deceased.

On reading and filing the petition of Elisabeth Halverson, as administratrix with the will annexed of said estate, It is ordered that the petition of said administratrix for construction of the portions of the will of said deceased quoted and set forth in said petition, be heard at a special term of said court to be held at the office of the probate judge in the court house in the city of Manitowoc, Manitowoc county, Wisconsin, on the 12th day of April, 1916, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of said day.

Ordered further that notice of the time and place of such hearing be given to all persons interested by publication of this order once each week for three weeks to the Manitowoc Daily Herald, a newspaper published at the city of Manitowoc, in said county and state, the first such publication to be within fifteen days after the date hereof.
