Miss Kathryn Laughlin, 70, of Rt. 1, Cato, former school teacher, died Thursday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, following a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday at the Pfeffer Funeral home, Manitowoc and at 9:30 am. at St. Mary Catholic Church at Clarks Mills. The Rev. Michael Fetko will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Miss Laughlin was born in Cato in 1882 and for many years, until retiring, taught rural schools in the county.
One immediate survivor is a brother, Theodore of Beaver Dam. A sister, Mayme and brother John, died a year ago.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday where the rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Friday.
