ROCKLAND MAN PASSES AWAY AT HOME TODAY
Martin Pieschl(sic), life long resident of the town of Rockland where he was born 63 years ago, died today at the old homestead where he had passed his entire life.
Mr. Pieschl had been ill for two years or more and had been fighting a losing battle. The end came peacefully.
Funeral services will be held Friday morning at 10 o’clock at St. Mary’s church at Clark’s Mills.
Mr. Pieschl is survived by his widow. Three children born to the couple preceded him in death.
He was well known in the community where he resided and had spent his life in farming.
