LEONA A. PRITZL
Leona A. Pritzl, age 95, of 3400 Yorkshire Lane, Manitowoc, died on Wednesday morning, Dec. 1, 2010, at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc.
She was born on Jan. 28, 1915, in the town of Cato, Manitowoc County, daughter of the late Charles and Margaret (Brennan) McCulley. Leona was a graduate of Valders High School, class of 1932. She then graduated from Manitowoc County Normal and attended Bryant & Stratton Business College of Chicago, Ill. On July 3, 1943, she married Harold J. Pritzl at St. Mary Catholic Church, Clarks Mills. He preceded her in death on Aug. 24, 1998. Leona was employed with the Manitowoc County Courthouse on a part-time basis for 19 years as an administrative assistant.
She was a member of the Christian Mothers of St. Mary the Immaculate Conception, Clarks Mills.

She was also preceded in death by a son-in-law: Jerry Mayerl; three sisters and brothers-in-law: Mary and John Ryan, Margaret and Alvin Wallander, Jeanette and Earl Sylva; and three brothers and sisters-in-law: William (Bud) and Gertrude McCulley, Charles (Cub) and Lenore McCulley and Bernard (Ben) and Beatie McCulley.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, Dec. 6, 2010, at St. Mary the Immaculate Conception, Clarks Mills. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. David Zimmerman with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
The family will greet relatives and friends at St. Mary the Immaculate Conception, Clarks Mills, from 3 to 5 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 5, 2010.
