JULIA TIENOR
Mrs. Wencel Tienor, 72, nee Julia Svatek, lifelong resident of the county, died this morning at the home of her son, Frank in Cato, where she has been making her home.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday at the Reedsville Co-op Funeral home in Reedsville and at 10 o’clock at the St. Mary Catholic church at Clarks Mills. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
Mrs. Tienor was born in 1872 in Cato and was married to Mr. Tienor, the couple locating on a Cato farm. Mr. Tienor died 15 years ago.
Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Frank Oswald of Reifs Mills, Mrs. Jacob Burich of Lena; five sons, Peter, William, Joseph of Reedsville; Frank of Cato, Wencel of Valders; two brothers, Emil and Frank of Reedsville, 33 grandchildren and 11 greatgrandchildren.
Mrs. Tienor was a member of the Christian Mothers. The rosary will be recited at the funeral home Thursday and Friday evenings at 8 o’clock and the body may be viewed from Thursday afternoon until the hour of services.
