Margaret Wallander, age 84, of Whitelaw, left her earthly dwelling on Saturday, May 23, 1998, at home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 27, 1998, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Clarks Mills. Rev. John Conrad will officiate at the Mass of Christian Burial with burial to follow at the church cemetery.
Margaret was born July 16, 1913, daughter of the late Charles and Margaret Brennan McCulley. She married Alvin J. Wallander on October 25, 1933, at St. Mary's Church, Clarks Mills. He preceded her in death July 23, 1970.

Margaret was preceded in death by her son, William J., sister, Mary Ryan, brother, Bernard McCulley and brothers-in-law: John Ryan, William Gerl and Elton Ellestad.
Friends may call at St. Mary's Church, Clarks Mills, from 4 – 8 p.m. Tuesday where a prayer service will conclude the visitation and on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m.
