Richard Edward Jacques died just a few days before graduation. Richard's remains are buried in Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Milwaukee: Richard Edward Jacques b. Sept 15 1918 -d. May 6, 1942. There is also a marker with his name on it at the site of his crash in Lavaca County, Texas. I have an excellent photo of him in his leather jacket.
