LOUIS BELL

Louis Fay Bell, 84, died Wednesday in Houston, Texas, where he had lived for the past year.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Saturday at Glenwood Assembly of God with the Rev. Paul Thompson officiating.

Burial will follow in Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

He was born Dec 7, 1907, in Chelsea, and married Iris Cancy Nov 16, 1929, in Tulsa. He retired from the L. B. Jackson Drilling Co. in 1988, and moved to Houston in September 1990. He was a member of the Glenwood Assembly of God and the Assembly of God Tabernacle in Houston.

Survivors include brothers, Charles Bell of Eufaula and Floyd Bell of Sapulpa; sisters Maud Short of Henryetta and May Stroud of Delaware; 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
