Gladys McCranie Barlow, 89, of Tifton passed away Monday, February 13, 2017, at Tift Regional Medical Center. Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 16, 2017, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. John Hughes officiating. Mrs. Barlow will be laid to rest at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
Born December 9, 1927 in West Palm Beach, Florida, Mrs. Barlow was the daughter of the late George McCranie and Lou Jessie Holland McCranie. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Lee Roy Barlow; two sons-in-law, Dennis Golden and Tom Ray; and two brothers.
Mrs. Barlow is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law; four daughters and a son-in-law; 13 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
