CLAY — Donald Ray Cosby, 72, Clay, died Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at his home.
He was a retired coal miner.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse Earl and Dorothy Cosby.
Survivors include his wife, Darla Godbehere Cosby; one daughter, Kara Lynn Townsend of Clay; one son, Zach Cosby of Clay; two sisters, Helen Jones of Marion, Ky., and Phyllis Anderson of Florida; two brothers, Bruce Cosby of Providence and Wayne Cosby of Arizona; and six grandchildren.
Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Monday at Whitsell Funeral Home in Sturgis. The Revs. Noble Cobb and Earl Reeve will officiate. Burial will be in Sullivan Community Cemetery.
Friends may call after 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
