Sherry Lynn Miller Collins, 43, died Saturday afternoon, April 27, 2013 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born March 1, 1970 in Stokes County to Talbert and Edna Whishunt Miller. Sherry was employed by Forsyth County School System with 18 years of service. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church, where she served as a Sunday school teacher. A 2:00 p.m. funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at Faith Baptist Church with Rev. Kenny Heath officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 3 sisters. She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Mark A. Collins of the home; two children, Josh Mark Collins of the home, Jennifer Nicole Collins of East Bend; one granddaughter, Katie Lynn Hutchens Collins; and one brother, Allan Beamon of Pinnacle; one sister, Gail Royal of State Road.
