Johnny Wayne Franklin of Lambert, 55, owner of Franklin Auto Sales, died of cancer on Sunday, June 20, 1999, at Quitman County Hospital.
Services were Wednesdsay, June 23, at 2:00 p.m. at Kimbro Funeral Home in Marks with burial in the Lambert Cemetery.
Mr. Franklin, the husband of Daisy Cummins Franklin, also leaves two sons, John W. "Bo" Franklin, Jr. of Lambert and Charlie Franklin of Tocowa; five sisters, Martha Winters and Carolyn White, both of Oxford, Yvonne Nelson of Batesville, Betty Jo Barlow of Askew, and Margaret Franklin of Strayhorn; a brother, Steve Franklin of Blytheville, AR; and four grandchildren.
