Marlan Bruens, 69, Watseka, died Sunday (April 28, 2013) at Iroquois Memorial Hospital, Watseka.

He was born Feb. 26, 1944 in Ash Grove Township, son of Walter Bruens and Louise Scherf. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Beryl and Rodney and one brother-in-law, Charles St. Germain.

Surviving are his brothers and sisters-in-law; sisters and brothers-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
