He was born on July 18, 1946 in Ironton, Ohio, the son of the late Roy and Avenell (Jordan) Evans.
He attented the Portsmouth and Wheelersburg Schools. He served US Army in the Vietnam War and was awarded a silver star. He was the Ohio Business Represenative for Clean Clear Fuel Technology, Inc.
He is survived by his daughters, Christene Evans and Angela Dupuis; siblings, Joanna Bowen and Gerald Evans; and three grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Tara Evans.
The burial at the Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Va. The US Army Chaplain officiating. The US Army will provide a full honor guard.
