Herman Eugene Cornwell, 46, went home to be with the Lord on September 27, 2009. He was the loving son of Inez Welch, the loving brother of Elizabeth Edward and Husband Lee Edwards, William Cornwell and wife Charlene Cornwell, Elsie Biddix and husband John Biddix, loving father of Brian David Cornwell, Julia Carolyn Cornwell and Jessica Hornbuckle. The Loving grandfather of Kyla George, Makayla George, Rosa and Marie Reyes and Joshua Hornbuckle.
He was preceded in death by his father Bryan Woodrow Cornwell, a sister Donna Gail Cornwell, grandfathers Carl Woodrow Cornwell and Jonah Henry Welch, his grandmother Olive Emma Mccoy, uncles John Edward Welch, Thomas kelly Welch, Thurman Henry Welch and two cousins Theresa Diane Brady and Frederick Darren Welch. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews, he will be greatly missed by al lhis family and friends.
Services were held at Piney Grove Baptist Church, Long House Funeral Home oversaw the arrangements. Revern Bo Parris and Brother David Woods officiated. Pallbearers were Cousins Robbie Lambert, Brett Brady, Nephew Andrew Edwards, Brother William Cornwell, Brother-in-law John Biddix and friend Antonio.
