Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Westminster Gardens.
Miss Garner was a native of Guilford County and a student at Guilford Technical Community College.
Survivors are mother, Mrs. Eloise Shoe Bullock of the home; brothers, Benny Wayne Garner of Greensboro and John Michael Garner of Florida.
The family will be at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Home 7-9 p.m. today.
