Joseph Burnett died at the home of E.L. Rantoul at Beverly Farms yesterday. He was 35 years old and was born in Southboro. He attended Brown& Nichols preparatory school in Cambridge and was graduated from Harvard with the class of 1897.
He was the son of Edward Burnett and grandson of James Russell Lowell, and had been engaged with the Joseph Burnett Company of Boston. The funeral will be held Monday at the Mt. Auburn Chapel, in Cambridge and the burial will be private.∼OCCUPATION: Merchant
