Violet Rose Jetmore, 79, 3700 W. Petty, died Wednesday evening in Muncie Health Care Center after a long illness.
She was a lifelong Muncie resident and was a former member of Muncie Friendship Club.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. James (Martha) Petty, Muncie, Mrs. Richard (Paula) Pelham, Houston, Tex., and Mrs. James (Betty) Kiger, Fremont, Calif.; 14 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
Her husband, John, died in 1964.
Services are at 10 a.m. Saturday in Parson Mortuary-Adams Chapel. Entombment will be in Elm Ridge Mausoleum. Calling is 5-8 p.m. Friday and before services Saturday at the mortuary.
