Harold F. Kronforst, 94, of Cape Coral, FL was taken to his heavenly home on June 8th, 2013.

He was born in Two Rivers, WI, on January 25th, 1919, the second of eight children born to William and Clara Kronforst. He married his wife, LaJune in 1941, and worked as an Assistant Works Manager for Manitowoc Shipbuilding Inc. In 1981, Harold and LaJune moved to Cape Coral. They were founding members at Abiding Love Lutheran Church, where Harold remained an active member until the day he died.

Harold is survived by his sisters Mickey Erickson and Alice (Harvey) Turner, sister-in-law Eunice Moseler, many nieces and nephews, and many special friends. Harold touched the lives of many people through his volunteer hours at Cape Coral Hospital wearing his red Abiding Love shirt while visiting the "old people" during his nursing home ministries.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 15, 2013, at Knollwood Chapel Mausoleum, Manitowoc. Officiating ay the service will be Rev. Dan Walters. Harold will be entombed next to his wife, LaJune. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service.

The Klein & Stangel Funeral Home, Two Rivers, is assisting with funeral arrangements.
