Frances was the daughter of John Guy and Frances I. (Harrell) Nixon.

Mrs. Frances Elizabeth Burslem, 64, of 1618-A Maplewood Lane died Saturday, August 19, 1995, at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital.

Born in Rockingham County, Mrs. Burslem was a homemaker and a member of Global Church of God.

Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in Midway Church Cemetery, conducted by the Rev. Bob League.

Survivors include husband, Lloyd Burslem of the home; daughter, Laura Beth Fraser of Greensboro; sons, Carlton Burslem of Summerfield, Christopher Burslem of Brown Summit; aunt, Edna Hanks of Reidsville; and seven grandchildren.

The family will receive friends 7-9 p.m. tonight at Brooke Funeral Home in Stokesdale and other times at 2256 Scalesville Road, Summerfield.
