Frederick Irwin Dickerhoff, 78, Apison, passed away Monday, Jan. 24, 2011, in a local hospital.
He was retired from McKee Foods and a member of Collegedale Seventh-day Adventist Church. Survivors are his wife, Phyllis Dickerhoff; son, Michael Alan Dickerhoff and wife, Betsy, New Market, Va.; daughter, Michelle Marie Miles and husband, Greg, McDonald, Tenn.; six grandchildren, Kristin Dickerhoff, Natalie Dickerhoff, Emily Dickerhoff, Nathan Dickerhoff, Trevor Miles, Garrett Miles; brother, Dallas Dickerhoff, Deland, Fla.; sisters, Mariam Slack, Longwood, Fla., and Clara Cole, Charlotte, N.C.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dwight Herod officiating. Interment will follow in Collegedale Memorial Park.
