Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Little officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Kelso was a daughter of the late Ernest and Janie London Muse and a native of Lincoln County. Her late husband, F. Benton Kelso, died in 1969. She was a member of the Fayetteville Frist United Methodist Church.
She is survived by a son, Rear Adm. Frank Kelso of Washington, D. C.; A sister, Mrs. Mary Allen Roden of El Paso, Texas; a brother, Paul Muse of Fayetteville; and four grandchildren.
