Mrs. Mary E. Majors, 81, of Middletown, passed away Sunday afternoon, Sept. 3, 2000, at Hospice of Cincinnati.
She had been ill for several years.
She was born on Oct. 16, 1918, in Kentucky and had lived in Middletown most of her life.
Mrs. Majors was preceded in death by her husband, Neil, on April 4, 1985. She leaves her daughter, Opal Majors Crist of Hamilton; a grandson, David Neil Crist of Cincinnati; a great-grandson, Tyler Neil Crist of Cincinnati; a sister, Lily Hoover of Middletown; and several relatives in Knoxville, Tenn.
ARRANGEMENTS: Funeral services were held Tuesday, Sept. 5, at the Rose Mortuary, Knoxville, Tenn. She was buried beside her husband in the Bookwalter Methodist Cemetery in Knoxville.
Local arrangements were handled by Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home.
