Virginia Travis Conley, 62, Belmont, died Thursday, July 2, 1981 in Barnesville Hospital. Born September 5, 1918 in Morristown, she was a daughter of the late John and Anne Decker Travis. She was a Protestant. She was preceded in death by her husband Vincent R Conley in 1971 and a son John Oland in 1940. Surviving are four daughters, Bonnie Carpenter of Barnesville, Barbara Williams of Wheeling, W Va, Vicki Vensel of Belmont and Lori at home; five sons, Wayne of Weirton, Jack of Lloydsville, Dan of Barnesville, Rick of Belmont and Steve of Morristown; a brother Jack Travis of Barnesville; and fourteen grandchildren. Services were held at the Kelly Kemp Funeral Home, Bethesda, at 8:30 on Sunday with Rev Bob Merritt officiating. Interment was made in the Ebenezer cemetery, Bethesda.
