Edward was born in Hondo, New Mexico later met Carmen Kimbrell. Later they married and had three children Nanette, Della and Carol Kimbrell. Then moved to L.A. California where he raised their children. Edward was a fun loving father, husband and a grandfather. "Eddie" could make friends with anyone and was a very funny and happy go lucky kind of person. He loved to have all his family over for dinner parties and tell us about the days when was growing up and they were not boring stories either.
