Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in First Baptist Church in El Cajon, 190 E. Douglas Ave.
Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park.
Mr. Moss was born in Lyles, Tenn.
He married Dorothy Soule in El Cajon in 1946.
Mr. Moss worked as a power line foreman for the Imperial Irrigation District from 1945 to 1979.
Upon his retirement, he relocated to El Cajon.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Moss, in September.
Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Deborah Moss of San Diego; son, John Moss of Los Banos; daughter and son-in-law, Carol and Bruce Pennings of El Cajon; brother, Everet Moss of Lyles; sisters, Marie McCord of Lyles and Audry Mangrum of Nashville, Tenn.; grandson, Andrew "Chris" Moss and nine additional grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
