FULTON--Earl C Rumsey,71,died Saturday at his home on the Jacksonville road, town of Granby. A native of Granby, Rumsey was a life resident of this area. He was a farmer. Surviving are his wife, Mae Rumsey; a brother, Guy Rumsey of Granby; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Springer funeral home. The Rev. David Rich, pastor of Bowens Corners Methodist church officiating. Burial will be in Jacksonville cemetery.
