Audry attended Reynolds High School and business school in Macon. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Reynolds where she served as a Sunday school teacher for over 30 years and she and her husband were also preparers of the communion services.
She served as a caregiver for the Macon Outreach Program and she and her husband were honored by the Mulberry Street Methodist Church of Macon for their services to the program. She retired from Flint Electric Membership Corp. after 35 years of service.
