Orville was the son of Perry and Minnie Miller. According to the 1930 Census he was married at the age of 21 to his wife, enumerated as Bernice (no other record has been found that mentions her). On 03 Oct 1942 he married Shirley Franck and they had three children: Sharon, Arthur, and Dana. Orville was a US Army veteran and a retired electrician at the Naval Ordnance Station in Louisville. He was also a member the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 369. Orville died at his home at the age of 84.
