Arthur was the son of George Willman and Annie Michel. On 27 Jun 1927 he married Helen Lechner and they had three children: Arthur, Delores, and Kenneth. In the 1930's Arthur worked for the K&I Railroad. For a good part of the 1950's he was a salesman for the old J. Bacon & Sons department store. He also operated the Belle of Louisville Restaurant in his later years until he retired. He died at the age of 73.
