Family tradition in those days was to have family laid to rest together in their family plot/cemetery. Mary/Polly's husband (of 31 years) Amos Knapp is there, but no WRITTEN record of Polly's burial. She died in Pleasant Hill, Missouri. (She had NOT remarried.) There are records of OTHER family spouses being joined, transported great distances to their family plots. With this in mind, I'm making an educated assumption that Polly is likewise laid to rest next to her husband in Old Queensville Cemetery/North, too. I've thus created this Find A Grave memorial for her. The search for absolute proof continues.
