Mabel Kerr of Whittier Dies From Heart Attack -

Mrs. Luella McGonagle received a phone call Wednesday from her daughter, Dorothy, saying that Mabel (McGonagle) Kerr of Whittier suffered a fatal heart attack as she was getting into the car to go to the cemetery after the funeral services of Melvin Price.

She had suffered a light heart attack three weeks previous, but thought she had recovered sufficiently to attend the funeral of her niece's husband.
