Julius Biggs is the son of Louis and Rose (Toth) Biggs. He was the brother of Katherine, Steve and Rosie. He was husband to Sadie (Bondzeleske) Biggs. He worked as a cold roller in a tin mill in Martins Ferry and a sheet finisher for the Carnegie Steel Mill in McKeesport, Pennsylvania and then as a machinist in a defense plant in Los Angeles, California. He suffered from Rheumatic Heart Disease and Chronic Nephritis which lead to Uremia, his cause of death. He died at the age of 36 and is buried in Calvary Cemetery. Wilson Mortuary in Monterey Park, California prepared his body for burial so I'm assuming that Calvary Cemetery must be in or near that area.
