Ann Steiger Haberstroh, 80, died Thurs., Feb. 12. Born 6/16/1928, she died under hospice care in Naperville, IL. Ann was an Oshkosh native. She lived in many places before returning to Oshkosh in 1989. Ann moved to Wheaton, IL to live with her daughter in 1999. Ann was an avid horticulturalist. She loved mystery novels and crossword puzzles.
Ann is survived by her daughter Martha Sexauer (Paul), brother Donald Steiger (Pat), sisters Connie Dempsey and Mary Garman and granddaughters Emily and Adela. Ann was preceded in death by her brother William Steiger (Janet) and parents Carl and Ruth Steiger.
Arrangements are being made for a memorial service at St. Marks Episcopal Church in Glen Ellyn, IL. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Paine Art Center.
