Leslie W. Click. 77 of Route 12. died at 4:30 a.m. Sunday at Bartholomew County Hospital. A retired farmer, he had been ill for several years and seriously ill since Tuesday.

Funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hathaway-Myers Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Wayne A. Patton. Burial will be at Garland Brook cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home will be from 2 to 5 and 6 to 8 o'clock tonight and Tuesday until time of the service. It is requested that memorials be made to the American Paraplegia Foundation, 333 N. Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL, 60601.

Glick was born April 28, 1900, in Bartholomew County, son of David E. and Mattie Morrison Glick. He married Glenna McHenry April 28, 1929, in Azalia. She died March 21. 1977.

He was a member of the former Trinity Methodist Church, the Modern Woodmen Lodge, the Farm Bureau where he was former township director and the Columbus Odd Fellows Lodge.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Robert Foster of Route 12; four brothers, Lloyd H. . Glick of Route 2, Dr. Clarence E. Glick of Honolulu, Hawaii, Dr. Paul C. Glick of Washington. D C, and Dr. Francis J. Glick of Duluth. Minn., and two sisters, Grace Robertson of Hartsville and Mary Leonard of Plainfield. He was preceded in death by one brother, Everett M. Glick.
