Cameron Espinosa, age 13, was granted his angel wings on September 15, 2013. His final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Cameron had touched in some small way throughout his short, yet very memorable life.

He was born on February 17, 2000 to Michael and Josephine Limon Espinosa. Cameron was an 8th grade student at Haas Middle School. He enjoyed participating in playing football and enjoyed playing with the 4 C.C. Tigers and was looking forward to this up-coming season. Cameron's favorite number was #66.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Julio Espinosa, Guadalupe, and Elisa Limon.

Cameron is survived by his devoted parents, Michael and Josephine Limon Espinosa; brothers, Brandon Espinosa, Andrew De Los Santos; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel with a Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass was held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at the Corpus Christi Cathedral. Interment followed at Seaside Memorial Park.

Cameron Espinosa passed away four days later after an anaphylaxis reaction to fire ants stings. This happen while he played a football game with his middle-school team.
