Teddy Jeane Bernhardt, of Las Vegas, passed away peacefully Sept. 15, 2013, with her family at her side. She was born in Minneapolis, July 14, 1928, to parents, Henry O. and Jennie A. Heinsch. She moved to southern California in the 1950's and moved to Las Vegas in 2005. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She is survived by her husband, Roger; and four children, Susan, Kathy, Pamela and Steven; as well as her five grandchildren, Kellie Jeane, Nicole, Scott, Joshua and Maxwell; four great-grandchildren, Amanda, Cooper, Riley and Harper; and many nieces and nephews. Teddy Jeane was a homemaker, a terrific cook and loved nothing more than to be surrounded by her family and friends. She enjoyed her trips to the casino and loved her slot machines. Her favorite holiday was Christmas, with all the decorations and festivities. She is now in Heaven and will see her departed family and dog, Bandit. She missed them all so much. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, at King David Memorial Chapel, 2697 E. Eldorado Lane. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, at Palm Valley View Memorial Park, 7600 Eastern Ave.
