John was the son of Frank Schrieber and Rozalia Piotrowski. On 06 Jan 1912 he married Eva Marx and they had three children: Eva, Florence, and John. At different times John worked as a brickmaker, brewery-worker, and iceman. John died of general paralysis with syphilis as a secondary cause.
