Mrs. Anna T. (Gallagher), wife of James Fitzpatrick of 6 Tainter street died suddenly Saturday night while out shopping. Dr. F. H. Baker, medical examiner, viewed the remains and said death was caused by heart disease. She leaves, besides her husband, four sons, Charles B. of Worcester, Michael J. of Lansing, Mich., James F. of Pawtucket and Joseph T. Fitzpatrick of Honolulu; two daughters, Misses Sadie and Anna Fitzpatrick, living at home, and one brother, Edward Gallagher of Worcester. The funeral will be Tuesday morning from the family home, with high mass of requiem in St. Peter's church at 8 o'clock.
