Dorothy Snoddy Wright Staley, 87, of Hwy 49 North, Liberty, passed away peacefully surrounded by all her children, Friday, October 4, 2013 at Randolph Hospital in Asheboro.

Funeral Services, 11:00 AM, Monday, October 7, 2013, at Holly's Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church, Ramseur.

Officiating, Rev. Dwayne Lester, Rev. Tommy Fuquay.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

She was a native of Montgomery County, Maryland, a homemaker, and a member of Holly's Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church. She was preceded in death by parents, George and Nellie Brinkley Snoddy, first husband, Clarence Wright, second husband, Bill Staley, son, Keith Wright, daughter-in law, Pam Wright, brother, Wade Snoddy, and sister, Susie Parks.

Survivors: daughters, Jeannie Ferguson, and husband, Garland, of Ramseur, Jane Burgess, and husband, Mike, of Siler City, Debbie Burgess, and husband, Phil, of Ramseur, daughter-in law, Rogerlin Wright, of Ramseur, sons, William "Bill" Wright, and wife, Raye, Eddie Wright, and wife, Rose, both of Ramseur, Jeffrey Wright, Craig Wright, both of Liberty, Gary Wright, of Chester, Va., sisters, Betty Wright, Louise Hardister, Shirley Langley, Erline Vickory, all of Liberty, brother, Larry Snoddy, of Fredrick, Maryland, eighteen grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren.

Visitation, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Sunday, Loflin Funeral Home, Ramseur, and other times at the home of Jeannie and Garland Ferguson, Wright County Road, Ramseur.
