Larkin Allen Collins, SR, a well-known and respected businessman, band manager, and WWII Veteran, passed away quietly in his home on October 6, 2013. Born in Hackneyville, Alabama on November 8, 1921, he spent the majority of his life in Jacksonville, FL.

He is survived by daughter Betty (David) Keene, Trevor Collins, grandchildren: David (Paula) Keene, Traci (Dale) Brannan, Amie (Joey) Williamson, Thomas Keene and Allison Collins. Step-Children: Marilyn (Richard) Watt, Deborah Bryant, Janice (Richard) Tackett, Lavelle (Cheryl) Davis and 10 step- grandchildren.

Family will greet guests on Thursday, October 10, 2013, from 6-8pm. A Graveside service will be held on Friday, October 11, 2013, 2pm at Greenlawn Cemetery 4300 Beach Blvd. Jacksonville, Fl.
