Funeral services for Virgil Bevels, age 77 of Fayetteville, will be conducted Thursday morning at 10:30 AM at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Wright and Bro. Greg Wiser officiating. Burial will follow in Wright's Cemetery. Mr. Bevels passed away Monday night in Huntsville Hospital.
A native of Lincoln County, Mr. Bevels was the son of the late Parvin Bevels and Mabel Gault Bevels. He was a self-employed plumber, electrician and appliance repairman.
Survivors include his wife, sons, and one daughter, two step-children, eleven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Visitation with the family will be Wednesday evening 5-8 PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
