Actor. He was born in Tarragona and died in Barcelona (Catalunya). In early twenty century, he debuted on stage, and toured for Spain and South America. His first triumph was in the play "Las de Caín". Later, he appeared on "Rafles," "La Malquerida" with actress María Fernanda Ladrón de Guevara, "El Amigo Thedy," "Wu-Li-Chang," "La Muchacha que Todo lo Tiene" and "El Eterno Don Juan." In 1952, he was awarded with the Premio Nacional de Interpretación. On Screen, he appeared in Spanish versions of Hollywood films in the 30s and in a few spanish films. Among others "Cheri-Bibi" (1931), "Cascarrabias" (1933), "El 113" (1935), "Embrujo" (1941), "Su Primer Baile" (1942), "En El Viejo Buenos Aires" (1942), "María de la O" (1948) and "Sucedió en Mi Aldea" (1956). In the night of December 6, 1954, when he crossed the street was runned by a taxi cab, and he died as a results of the shock in his head, the day after.Cause of death: Road Accident.
